Hoarding Cards ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Hoarding Cards web application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the App:

Account information: your email address, used to create and manage your account.
Card collection data: card details, photos, grades, prices, and notes you enter into the App.
eBay account data: when you connect your eBay account, we store OAuth tokens and listing-related identifiers (SKUs, offer IDs, policy IDs) to enable listing management on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the App's features, including card tracking and eBay listing management.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To communicate with you about your account (e.g. password reset emails).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. eBay Integration

If you connect your eBay account, we store and use your eBay OAuth tokens solely to perform actions you initiate within the App (creating drafts, publishing listings, fetching your listings). We do not access your eBay account for any other purpose.

If you disconnect your eBay account or delete your account, your eBay tokens are removed from our systems.

In compliance with eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion requirements, if eBay notifies us that an eBay user has deleted their account, we will delete any associated data we hold for that user.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Card images are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, which will result in the removal of your personal data and card collection from our systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database and authentication
Cloudflare — hosting, workers, and image storage
eBay — marketplace integration

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
